Marion Academy Gun Raffle Contest Rules:
By entering the contest, you agree to abide by all rules of the contest.
Winning tickets for each weekly drawing will remain in the pool.
All winners must pass all required background checks as required by state
and federal law in order to redeem their winnings. Contest entrants are responsible for ensuring that they can legally purchase and own a gun. If winner does not pass
background check they MAY NOT have a second individual pick up gun on their
behalf. Entrants have until the end of the contest to appeal a failed
background check. Winners may NOT trade-in, exchange, request refund, or
re-draw for a different gun. Each winner has 60 days from the date of each
weekly drawing to claim their winnings. Guns that are not claimed within 60 days
are forfeit. Winners may request that their gun be transferred to another
FFL holder for pickup. Winners are responsible for shipping and handling
fees for a requested transfer. If fewer than 500 tickets are sold by September 3, 2019, the number of weekly drawings will be reduced to 10% of the total number
of tickets (i.e. if 400 tickets are sold, only 40 drawings will be held).
